Hep C is short for Hepatitis C.

Its a disease which affects your liver causing infection which leads to severe scarring and can result to liver failure. The virus is spread by blood to blood contact. Can be conducted from Sex, sharing stuff you use which comes in contact with blood e.g. tooth brush (bleeding gums) and sharing needles
