Is there are rather sensitive spot on you penis? for sometime now when I masturbate I dont really get a great orgasm.

If your uncut then under your foreskin (the head) is very sensitive, if your cut the head is still sensitive just not as much.

There's a few sensitive spots on the genitalia. you can lube up and rub the head of your penis. You can also rub the penumbra which is the section under your scrotum. Lastly, just play around with it till you find what works best for you.

The frenulum is at the bottom side of the head, it can cause immense pleasure, some cut guys do not have a frenulum though!

I think the frenulum is the best spot (right under the head, where it looks like it sorta joins). I'm cut, but I've still got it and it's incredibly sensitive - sometimes I actually need to stop masturbating to let it 'cool down' :P

EDIT: You're probably also getting 'used' to masturbating. Try to not jerk off for a couple of days (even just one night is fine), then try it again.
