I've never done it, as I don't own a jockstrap. It's completely normal to masturbate in whatever you get aroused by. As long as it belongs to you.

I masterbate over jockstrap pics of other guys wearing them. I even started to steal straps in the lockeroom after the guys would come in after playing sports and undress. They often would just leave them on the lockeroom bench near their locker with their other sports clothing while off to the showers.
