im 18 and I think I still have some overall development left in me (I'll confirm with a doctor soon hopefully), but my puberty hasnt been as structured as the tanner stages suggest. I still have little facial hair (not much of it is proper, only a little stuble at both sides), my nipples are soft, and I havent really had a growth spurt, little arm pit hair and my penis and testicles look in between a child and adults. Yet I've had the same amount of pubic hair since 14, and at 15 i got stomach treasure trail hair. Apparently you're fully developed if you have a lot of pubic hair but I don't think thats true, if some areas are not developed, is it?

No I dont think that's true about when you have lots of pubic hair you full developed. Puberty is a funny thing. It varies with every person. I think that you just have to wait and see what happens with the changes with your body! Its not a bad nor a good thing that you develop slowly, becuase everyone's diffrent! :D:D

Agree with Ryan...Everyone goes thru it different. I would not worry about it you still have more time for things to change. your not done yet !

A person during puberty can keep developing till their 21, though with being 18 you should be nearly done, the doctor is probably the best thing to do. Everyone develops at different rates, some faster then others at the end of the day you just need to give your body a bit more time to grow.
