for your age thats a fine weight for your age. You still have two growth spirts before you finish growing and you'l gain weight before each growth spirt. more often then not weight will level/even out after a growth spirt. So wait for your growth spirt and after if your weight doesnt start regulating itself then I would suggest a fitness program and dietary regiment. Your actually at about the preferred weight for your height, if i remember correctly. Just wait it out and if you are really concerned then I would talk to your physician.

I am 5.74 feet (175cm), and 143.3 pounds (65kg) according to google conversions, so not sure about the cm-feet bit. Turning 16 this month :P.
I feel average weight but I recently started working out 3 times a week for an hour each time; so hopefully I will lose a bit of fat and gain a bit more lean muscle.
For you that is reasonably good considering your bones are PROBABLY nowhere near full growth, and the weight for your height you should be average weight to height for your age.
Buddy I really wouldn't worry about it, in year 6 (5 years ago) I used to weigh around 33 KG (half what I am now) and was the smallest in my year (can't remember height) and then suddenly I shot up two years later to average height, and now i've gained a lot of muscle, used to be very thin and no fat.

If the hight / weight table is the standard, why see a physician? No matter what he says, it won’t matter. How about fat calabrations / percentages. My son is 6″3 265 [5% body fat] and could toss those guys from national around like a rage doll, but he can’t go? “I guess good.” He’d rather be in the BWCA anyways. Guess that’s why he’s out of scouting now, too fit.
