I don't lol What I do is I do the same things most would do on Valentine's day all year. Granted I don't do it everyday, but I do it frequently.

Considering that Valentine's Day happens to fall on Chinese New Year, well, I'll probably be out to a feast-y dinner with other solitary friends like myself. I'll see; it really doesn't matter. It's just another day, and I would be perfectly fine with spending it at the library as I do most regular Sundays, if everyone else is occupied.
