Victor - In Victor, police are investigating extremely disturbing allegations leveled against a 12-year-old boy. The boy is accused of raping three girls, and all the victims are under the age of 11.
The 12-year-old is charged with three counts of rape in the 1st degree, three counts of sex abuse, and additional sex crime charges.
That's according to the Ontario County Sheriff's Office, who were contacted by a resource officer working at a school in Victor.

Its quite sad actually. The boy definately needs counseling. He is only 12, i suspect bad influence from his environment and he was only mimicking with he has seen or heard. He probably doesn't even realize the gravity of what he did.

When you are brought up to not know what is right and what is wrong, you don't know.
You don't know at all.
Boundaries are not set in place because irresponsible, crap parents don't put them there, and teach their kid what is wrong to do and what is right to do.
They are just simply either too high on drugs to care, or smashed on alcohol, whatever.
It's horrible.
Typically, those who do things like this, have had an awful childhood, and as they grow older, they become rapists, murderers, etc, because they have such an extreme type of mental health problems due to their upbringing.
People such as the ones in Broadmoor are the types of people who have had severely abusive backgrounds, unaddressed problems that went on, and they develop an extreme case of a personality disorder.
Some are incapable of feeling remorse, some are, some are in denial, some don't know what even happened, some are tortured by their mind because they accept what they did, and are torturing themselves for it.
These sorts of people are the ones that need serious help.
It is not an excuse, however, but it is a reason, and perhaps some much needed professional help will help this young boy before he gets worse.

Maybe more would if it was easier to read. That purple is very difficult to read on Forever blue.
Whatever his background I'm sure he will have known that rape is wrong. Its always shocking to hear of crimes like this being carried out by kinds at such a young age.

If you read what I said at all, you'd see that if he was not taught from right and wrong, then no, he would not have known.
& I have a different background than you, if others are interested in reading my post, they'll highlight it, it's one click of a mouse, but if not, then I assume they'd have skipped it either way. :)

Why make life difficult for people when there's no benefit to it?

I don't find his actions excusable on any level, unless he has serious mental issues.
People can tell right from wrong, even if parents don't instill the values and morals upon their kids. It's called common sense. You know it's not right to burn down a building, or murder someone, or rape people. People still end up doing them, but it still isn't excusable. It wouldn't be excusable to a 70 year old elderly lady who set fire to her nursing home, it wouldn't be excusable to an only parent who went and murdered their ex-spouse, and it isn't excusable for a 12 year old to go and rape three girls.

Did he actually rape the girls, or is it statutory rape just for being underage?
Because if it's the latter, you've got to be kidding me.

From what it said, I'm assuming it's actual rape. Though, I'm not sure.
Here's another article from a different website on the story. I think it might be a bit clearer.

It's just sick and upsetting that our society has people like that. Something must have went wrong in his life for him to do this

Actually, that's less clear
I only bring up the question because awhile back there was a thing in England where a 13y/o boy and girl were both charged with raping each other because they were both underage. If i could find the article I'd link it...

Well, you have your opinions, I have mine.
You need to be taught right from wrong as a child, so you know which is which, if he wasn't taught this, he hasn't got what the rest of us take for granted.

Even if you were not braught up to know what is right and wrong by parents, the person doing something wrong would still know it's wrong by law, and public. They still know it's wrong, most likely, but they still choose to do this.
I don't think it's fair to steriotype "bad parents" as druggies or alcoholics. There are other "bad parents" who aren't either.
Mm, They know, Probably just don't care. This is what societies becoming like.
Society isn't becoming like this. Rape has been around for a long time. It's nothing new, and obviously a lot of people do care.

He definately needs to be put somewhere where he can't hurt anyone else and get the help he needs so he won't do it again.
