ive been in love with one of my best friends for about 2 years now we dated last year then broke up because we didnt really do anything since we were so young but how do i tell her how i feel without taking things too far then having the same thing happen again since we cant do much do to sports school and cant drive

we are still friends but cant drive cant do much me her and two other of our friends that are girls sometimes go together to the movies and to her basketball and volleyball games but thats about it i still dont know how to ask her out and still keep the relationship moving and not get to the point to where we have nothing to do like last time
