Its going to be hard at first. If you find that your getting a boner, think about something that dosent turn you on. It may be brutal but think of getting your balls cut off or ur dick getting stuck in the car door.Also try to bring down the number of times a day you wank. Like if you do it 5 times a day.. Try going a week or 5 days only doing 4 then the next week 3 and so on. I havent looked at your info, to see what your age is, but im guessing that you go to school, thats half your day gone there.
