Alright, so there's this guy that I am really really good friends with.

Last year, I started to like him... When I told him, he basically told me he wasn't interested. We are still really good friends, but lately I have started to like him again. In addition, he has been acting like he likes me too. I don't know whether I should tell him that I like him, or if I should just wait for him to make the first move.

Well you should try and wait a bit longer, and see if its more ovious that he likes you in that way, then you can be more sure if he likes you more or not, and he might make the first move. How old are you both?

Oh right, i have also just seen in your profile that you are 15. So yeah like i said, just wait it out a bit longer, try flirting and drop some hints that you like him, and see if he hints back if you get my meaning!

i wouldnt wait for him to make the first move because unless he really does like you, chances are it's not going to happen. just keep hinting at it. if nothing happens after a while, tell him you like him again. he might be intrested this time. hope i helped and good luck :D
