dont say that like its a bad thing. In my family dating wasnt allowed until 16 then it wasnt a date it was a 'group of friends going to the movies' *rolls eyes* you have plenty of time to date and kiss. Dont worry about time and have and havent just yet. I was mischievous and kissed/dated young but now I sometimes wish I hadnt. So just let it happen dont try to make it happen because then it will seem like it takes forever or it just wont happen. there is an old saying used in the kitchen and it is "a watched pot never boils" sometimes it takes a while for things you want to happen. you'll grow up soon enough just appreciate the time you have now. go hang out with your friends or start some new trend.

haha you are still young you have plently of time to have you first kiss.i dont know where you live but here in argentina. i never date and i never had a girlfriend but i made out more than 40 girls... cuz in arg we start going dancing when we are 15 to 16. and well first its difficult to speak(and more:P) with girls in discotheques but then you obtain experience and its easier .
As i said before i dont know how is the situation in your country but trust me you will kiss a lot of girls when you start going dancing; )
If in your country you go dancing like in usa when you are 18 the situation is different...
i suggest you to speak with the girls you find atractive and then ask them if they wanna go with you to the cinema ; )
