i know it's hard to see the good thigns in life when you are depressed. but little good unnoticed things are there. like i'll give an example... you fialed a test, parents hurt you, you are bullied, having issues with your boyfriend....w/e anywa there is somethign wrong. but thsi morning you had a great hair day or you put on eyeliner relly amzingly, or idk, but you get the point small little things, perhaps woke up early and odn' feel tired. but the little things in life are there. i'm not saying... you should feel happy, hey, i dont' even notice them sometimes... just when your a upset, try to think of the ups of the day even if they are small. it might help. surely not enough... even the little things in life can make you smile for a second. and that second is worth it when you are depressed. just try and focus on the good. the little blessings we recieve each day. it might help. even if it doens't.. hey, you tried. and thats all that counts. trying. if you tried, you havne't failed yourself of the attempt to keep fighting for a happier life. if that makes sense... just try. what do you have to lose? nothing. but to gain happiness.
