While I'm jerking off, right when I'm about to cum I will notice my dick gets bigger in my hand. It gets harder too. So it seems like the best time to measure it. If I measure it at any other time when I have an erection it is about an inch and a half or so shorter than it is right around the time I am about to cum. If I slide back my foreskin right then, my dick sticks out even further and gets a little bigger around at the head too. Do you notice that this happens to you? I had never before tried measuring myslef right when I was about to cum so I was very glad to find that my dick was over an inch longer when I was about to cum then it was when I measured it at times when I was not close to cumming.

Yes it is completely normal, this happens to most guys right before ejaculation.

And then when I'm actually ejaculating my dick sort of thrusts up and down on it's own and stays extra big and long until I finish cumming. Is it supposed to move up and down alot like that on it's own when I'm cumming?

Mine does that sometimes, although it doesn't move on it's own. Other than the general twitching while I ejaculate. It probably has something to do with the large amount of blood in your penis at the time.

it's common for your dick to enlarge a bit right before orgasm...not to the extent of being an inch and a half bigger, but most guys will experience sleight enlargement

it has to do with the blood flow to your penis and your level of arousal
