its been over a week since my last cut... the urge tonight.... is just God awful.... i'm not givng up. i'm trying really hard... i drew on myself last night i got the urge otnight i'l ldo the same along with pouring water on my head... i really don't want to lose myself tongiht... idont' want to cut... idk if i can do it.. but i'm not giving up... i'm trying everything possilbe not to cut..

I have faith in you. Try squeezing some ice cubes. Worked for some people that I know. You don't want to start the chain over again.

Yuki, i know this is a really hard struggle for you. but if you've gone a week, you can go a month. if you go a month, you can go a year. if you go a year you can go without cutting again for the rest of your life. i know it's really hard to resist now, but soon, you are gonna look back on this and feel a lot better about it. PM me if you wanna talk or if you want me to keep you distracted.

If you have the urge again (what sadly you are quite likly to get) Talk to someone, distrace your self. Look at funny cartoons, pictures anything but try not to cut. Everything will get better. The more times you give in the longer it will take to stop and the harder it will be. xx
