OK.. This has been bugging me...

On every porn site you go to, it says that you must be 18 or 21 to view. But allmost ALL guys watch porn. (Even Me) But I have been wondering, If the police was to find out, could you get arrested or charged? Just wondering. Thanks.

No. You will get in trouble with yoir parents though. If anyone, the porn company would be charged. But most likely not.

No and they have no way of tracking you to see how old u are. They can track your location to see where u love, but they have no way of verifying ur age.

No, listen. Watching porn is alright even though they warn you about "Being 18 or older". They cannot arrest or charge you for watching something that is open and public on the internet. Just make sure your parents don't view it in their history, just delete it after you watch it.

if the police were to somehow find out that you watched or posses porn there would be no real legal action they could do, they would likely inform your parents and leave the option of punishment up to them...

however if you are distributing pornographic images of minors, or distributing pornographic images to minors and are caught they will likely pursue a lawsuit agaisnt you and you could potentially face jail time and be put on the sex offenders list (even if you are under 18/21 and definitely if you are over 18/21)

but yea nothing really wrong with watching porn in private

No problem, just make sure you DELETE it so your parents or other family never finds out you are watching it.

lol i have my own laptop, and i live with my mom, and she hardly knows how to turn it on, so i think im good. LOL but i wont worry about watching it any more. Thx again

Ummm no, they can trace the computer and c that that computer was lookin at porn. But they have no way to find out who on that compute was looking at the porn. So no yu can not get in trouble unless the porn starts are underage

With Windows Vista, theres something called "Private Browsing" to where is dosen't save any history so no one could get to it. If you have vista and you didn't know, well now you know =).

it is totally legal but i would rather be punished by the cops then my mom
