Phone Issues

So, I recently got a new touchscreen phone from Sprint, and the touchscreen obviously needs to be cleaned. So, while I was cleaning it today, it went into a "Download Mode" and is now frozen on a white screen, and refuses to allow me to shut it off or do anything. So, I'm wondering what I should do.

Well, how did you clean the phone? If you cleaned it with any sort of liquid, there's the chance that it got in the phone and is screwing with it.

I was just using a microfiber cloth. No liquids or anything.

Take the battery out?

Take out the battery and put it bck in if that doesnt work send it off to be repaired

I'd have to wait on this. It's difficult to remove the battery on this phone, so my Dad would have to do it.
