Unless you're masturbating for many hours or you're having an erection for a protracted length of time before you masturbate then there's no reason for your testicles to hurt.

uhh thats kinda weird..unless your really hurting yourself like if you grip real hard and are causing a problem with the blood flow or depending on your age, i remember jacking when i was younger and sumtimes after i had a sharp pain in my balls, idk really wat could cause it, but either that or a prolonged erection maybe would do that

yeah i think you may have blue balls. that happens to me sometimes, ive found that if you gently tug on your balls when you jerk, it helps make sure it doesnt hurt later.
