can you help me
my parents keep yelling at me then they change attitudes and be nice to me then change back and i ve got to the point where im tired of it and i shut myself out of their lives then when i do try to get in i feel like they push me out and everything . then theres my little sister who they baby all the time and then when she throughs an attitude towards me and i tell her to stop i get yelled at and hit for it
then i want to talk to them about it its just that i dont like to talk about how i feel in person so what do i do:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(
