I just got diagnosed, with paranoia, anxiety, OCD (posted about it in OCD forum) and some depression.
I have the kind of paranoia where i think everyone is cheating on me, that they dont tell me the thruth, they talk behind my back, they do things i dont want, etc, and in the last months it has gotten really worse.
I have many anxiety symptoms, so many that theres no need to name them.
My level of depression isnt that bad, but lately ive had like the urge to cut myself, (never done it b4) and i dont wanna do it, but if this keeps getting worse I dont know what would stop me.
My family doesnt beleive in counselors, psychologists, therapists, mental medications, etc, and there are no counselors in my school.
So i need help, some advices, please

You need to sit your parents down and tell them how you feel and keep telling them until they listen. and then tell them that you believe you need a councillor to help you. really drill it into them how much you actualy need this.
youre their child if you call for help they should pick. up the receiver. hope this helps

Thanks but nope, I know them, they think psychologists, counselors, etc, are the most bastard money stealers ever, (quoting them), that they only tell u stuff to make u worse, and just drug you, my brother's friend started to study to be a psychologist, well, he used to be close to the family, but after that, they dont let him enter the house anymore.
IDK where he is anymore, I would ask him for help, but cant.

Look online for places of suport near you like a charity that would be free but tbh if you tell your parents. i feel like cutting i need to cut but i think if i had a counsellor i could feel better. honestly your parents can surprise u mine sure did

You self diagnosed, that doesn't count as having a diagnosis.
Like I said, you need to see a professional to be diagnosed with anything, and to receive treatment for anything you do happen to have.
Many of my family members are extremely ignorant, misunderstanding & abusive to me, and this is especially when it is concerning my health, but I still see professionals, and I have done since I was 7 years old.
Screw what they think, if you want to help yourself, that's the first step.

Anyone can look up the symptoms of a disorder and make judgments about whether they apply to you or not. But that is in no way a diagnosis.
A diagnosis is made with much more knowledge about the disorder and objectivity as well as previous experience in detecting and testing for clinically significant symptoms.
My advice is to talk to a member of staff at school about getting a referral or some counselling through them.

This isn't a real diagnosis. There's no diagnosis of "paranoia" or "anxiety". Getting a diagnosis isn't simply looking at a list of symptoms and going "well, I got that, that, that and that but don't have that. Well I got most of them. Hey, that means I must have [disorder]!". It's a self-diagnosis so I'm going to ignore any reference of you getting diagnosed until you see a certified psychiatrist or psychologist. One of the problems with self-diagnoses is after you have convinced yourself you have a certain disorder, you continue to believe you do and you change your mindset. If you feel others are talking about you behind your back, then this gets used as evidence of your "paranoia", which then relates to your depression and anxiety. Eventually, if not already, other students notice these changes even if they don't confront you about it and your interactions become different, your behaviors will become different and you can see how this will continue.
Since you claim there are no counselors at school, try talking to a teacher you're comfortable with. All cities have support centers for certain disorders and although you are not diagnosed by any means, you could still attend them. You can usually find them online and they tend to be free of charge.
You can also try to get your parents to help in giving you support and advice.
