Ok, iam 14 years old almost 14 1/2 years olf and i didnt start puberty yet i have black pubic hair around my penis but bot even an inch high up and i got some black hairs in my armpit but not alot very few does this mean iam going threw puberty my penis still didnt change in size but does this mean i will go threw puberty this year or soon.?

You are going through puberty and it ends when ur around 21. You have plenty of years to go for puberty and it is perfectly fine to masterbate before you go through puberty.
