I haven't been on here in so long. I guess I haven't been able to face talking about it to anyone.
But I've done it. At last. This afternoon I went to the doctors, and I just said, ''I need help.''
The last few months, I really haven't been coping very well, and in the end, I guess it just got to the point where I couldn't handle it anymore. So, I made my appointment.
I have to go again on Friday, to talk to another doctor, so, hopefully, I can start getting better.

That's great to hear Vikki. Admitting that you need help is a hard step and you should be very proud that you've done that. You've put yourself on a great path to recovery and everyone is behind you.

Thanks everyone for the support. I'm so glad that I've done it now, I really am. After I came out of the doctors, there was this huge sense of...Relief. Like a weight had come off my shoulders.
It had just got to a point where I really could not cope with anything anymore, and to be honest, all I want, is to feel normal. Happy within myself.

In May last year, I met someone, and we've now been together for almost 9 months. And after a while, I felt that I could tell him some of what I've been feeling. He's been wonderful about all of it, so supportive.
But recently, in the last month or so, I've been finding it harder to talk to him, and I've found myself hiding things from him, which I never did before. Just before Christmas, he saw some of my cuts, and I knew then, that it was time to be brave, and get myself some help. Because I don't wanna upset my boyfriend anymore.
