Yup, pretty basic advice is just don't. Particularly if they're your friends, I mean I can take a few peaks now and again at my boobs as it's just boys being boys. I say "enjoying the view" or something to that appeal, it shows that I know whats going on and doesn't ruin friendships. But looking straight down my top? No way, that's getting into the freaky side, maybe once or twice i'd understand it as a mistake, but to me that's something that my friends shouldn't be staring at (unless they're taking the mick, but that's all friends do!)

Ok Im going to have to side with everyone else here and tell you to simply dont do it. But seriously, what type of question is this? I dont know how to look down a girls shirt so how do I? If you really dont care about offending the girl or getting caught and getting in trouble then its as easy as taking candy from a baby. You walk up to her so your nose to nose and then...you look down. What type of advice were you expecting? All of us to encourage you on and be like "Oh just rip of her shirt and bra and then you have an amazing view!" I wouldnt look down a girls shirt unless she's obviously flirting with you can making it easy for you to. It just objectifies the female body.

BMXkid313 -- you say its simple if a girl doesnt want a guy to check her out then dont wear V-necks well it really is NOT that simple. I for one am a large breasted woman. Button ups wont button over my chest so i have to wear "low cutting" or "revealing" shirts. that does not mean you have permission or a right to look down my shirt. yes if you happen to look down an my boobs are just there I'm not going to turn around and deck you but if I ever catch a guy deliberately trying to look down my shirt then I will use my military/boxing training and knock the guy on his ass.

Technically peaking down a girls shirt is sexual harassment however most girls wont have a problem with it unless you start fondling them (groping or feel them up).

In short boys and yes even men (although boys rarely grow up) need to respect women and their bodies. And guys should be able to control themselves enough not to look. A respectable guy is more likely to get a girl that would give up her dreams for him and will want to stay in a relationship with him. A non-respectable guy is more likely to get slapped and left by a girl because he wont stop at just objectifying her body but he will continue to "check out" and "peak" at other girls in front of her. The short story is that if you want to be surrounded by good women then you must respect them.
