Hey all,
So I grew up in a place that had a lot of (to be politically correct) Southeast Asian people (East Indian). While being in that environment, I was introduced to a lot of curried dishes, which I absolutely adored.
So, my question to you is: what is your favourite curried dish?
Mine would have to be probably Subji (don't know if I spelled it right), which is cauliflower, potato and carrot cooked in garam marsala curry powder until it resembles chunky mashed potatoes. Also, I love a chicken and chickpea curry I make.
