i dont have any eating disorders but i am over weight. i am 17 and weigh
252 lb. does anyone have any good diets to do that dont include taking pills or some kind of diet drinks.

there isn't much else you can do other than cutting back on the junk food, eating healthier, and working out regularly. It's something you may have to force yourself to do, and it has to be a routine.

I think this would be best in the health forum, not the ED forum, as ED's are not a diet.

Unless you suffer from Binge eating disorder?

don't diet, change your lifestyle.

I agree, watching what you eat is your biggest thing. If you start to eat healthier, you'll notice a difference. Exercise will help as well. Try to be active for at least an hour a day. Mainly, cut back on the junk.

Walk, eat healthy, see results.

I also suggest this site. It helped me gain weight, my mom lost like 80 pounds, and my dad is losing his beer belly. Don't knock it till you try it. My dad is losing about 2 pounds a week, I know that doesn't sound like much but that's how it works.

eating and exercising works... htere are no magic pills or funky drinks out there that will help.. sorry.
