You probably haven't damaged anything too much yet, but try to avoid those things. 4 isn't going to do anything much, but if you get addicted you'll want alot more. Then the damage really begins physically and mentally.

if youve only smoked 4 ciggarettes then your obviously not addicted so it wont take anything to quit.

4 cigs is nothing, so there really isnt anything wrong with you. there is basically no damage so dont sweat it

I belive insence is not that bad...it's not as direct as smoking. People who live in the city have slightly damaged lungs. But that's definatly not as bad as smoking. Smoking causes more than double damage to your lungs. And the voice-- Puberty :frenchblank:

If I were you I'd be more worried about getting hooked on those things, your lungs are fine, and your voice at the very worst is a little irritation from smoke. Also, don't worry about incense or campfires and stuff, 'cause those don't do anything.

Four won't do anything. It takes a while to get addicted so my advice would be to stop now. For me I'd have a cigarette with my friends just to be social. Then the amount I'd smoke got bigger and bigger and before I knew it I was on twenty a day. I started at 12 which is way too young and 13 isn't a whole lot older. Try and stop now, it could save your life.
