Every guy should still have their frenulum, it doesn't get removed during circumcision.
Unless there was some specific medical reason for having it removed...

Sometimes, the frenulum band may need to be broken or crushed and cut from the corona near the urethra to ensure that the glans can be freely and completely exposed.

As far as I know it CAN be removed during circumcision but that is not necessarily the case. Up to the doc I guess? I was cut at 13 and specifically requested it be kept but I know most of my friends who were cut at birth still have it. Sometimes it can be too short and need to just be removed later though.

I'm circumcised , and I'm pretty sure everyone keeps there frenulum its the little piece that connects the skin to the head almost like a seam right?I'm pretty sure thats right? correct me if im wronge

They really don't.
Read my post that you just quoted, it states sometimes... which suggests that the majority of the time it is left. Besides I've seen plenty circumcised penises in my time, all of them still had the frenulum.

Most still have some or all of their frenulum. However, no frenulum actually exists at birth to be removed as it develops later on. In the cases that a guy cut at birth has no frenulum, it's because it never ended up developing(due to what skin was removed). If you actually look around at lots of different sites instead of just the one or two you have and so rudely sit there telling people they're wrong, you'd find this out. LOT'S of guys have a tiny strip(not much more than a bump) of skin that can only be considered a remnant of the frenulum and not the whole thing.
