i'm circumcised and no, it's not common for a circumcised guy to still have his frenulum. usually during the circumcision process the frenulum is cut since it is connected to the foreskin. your bf must have gotten lucky and been able to keep his for some reason.

I think you need a lesson on circumscision and penises. Even if you are circumsized, you still have a frenelum. It's to keep your skin from coming off.
