Pin on top

Is there something I can do to make a window stay on top of everything else while I do something on another page...

Say I wanted to watch a youtube video while I posted on here...

Download a small program (<200k) called Always On Top: http://www.box.net/shared/4ej5cqoekj

Then simply press ctrl+space to 'pin' the window on top of all the others.
