Hello I am trying to stop masterbation or atleast looking at pornography and I really want to masterbate but its hard to do without porn and I really regreat looking at it so what should I do.

I would suggest gradually getting off pornography, it would be hard to quit straight away, try everyday to stop watching porn about half way through your session, it should work and after that every 5 seconds before half way get what I mean?

u should not stop masturbating as nearly every doctor will tell you that its good to masturbate daily as produces a chemical serotin in ur brain which is very good this horemone is what causes you to feel happyines and it what makes sex and masturbating feel so good

Literally 98% of the time I don't look at porn, not boasting or anything, just saying it is possible to not look. However it is hard to resist looking because part of me knows its "normal" but the other part of me feels its wrong. My advice, based on how I respond to the temptation, is to avoid thinking about looking and when you feel you are about to give in, go masturbate to get it out of your system. After a while it will eliminate your taste and cravings for it.

im tryna stop to but the most that i can say is try to isolate urself from like the porn so like try to keep urself busy...theres one way u can stop. HOPE IT HELPS!!! :)
