My spark has been dim for quite a long while, due to quite a few reasons, but here are my two recent poems.
1.
Torn,
distraught,
ignited by fire,
spreading, burning to ashes,
until there is nothing left.
Until there is only burnt pieces of what remains, & smoke seeping.
Gone, forever?
2.
Broken, shattered,
numb & cold,
the air is freezing you,
shivers, shakes,
goosebumps upon your skin,
Cracked flesh,
everything's cold & numb,
There's nothing left.
No will, no hope,
without hope, what do you do?
