Im trying to figure out the problem here...

Is there a problem with eating breakfast....then eating lunch (throwing up lunch) eating dinner.

So like only throwing up one meal.

Just to make this clear. this is not happening to me or any of my friends. but one of the girls i no is doing this (14 years old)

Like shes still eating 2/3 meals. but shes getting the satisfaction of three. What could possibly be bad about this.

btw im not ever going to do this. im just curious.

Purging is extremely dangerous.
She needs to seek help for this, before it gets worse.

It's not healthy to make yourself throw up, or vomit. That's still considered an eating disorder if she feels the need to want to throw up a meal.

Purging can cause teeth damage, but to be honest, I'd be more worried about your heart failing every single time you purge. It can happen at any moment during a purging episode, and even after. It's so dangerous. In so many ways. It can be, in some ways, more dangerous than anorexia in regards to health problems that can occur.
Though it is more likely I think to help someone who purges, than someone who is anorexic.

You should maybe find out why she's doing this, is she not comfortable with her body image? or her weight?
Making yourself sick is very dangerous, like it's been said many times above, but it can also make you loose important body fluids too which can cause you to become dehydrated. Things like this, are what can bring on an eating disorder, it may start off just one meal, but soon that won't be enough and she will be skipping meals, or throwing more up. It's important you find out why, and try help her change what she is doing, and to eat normally.
