Thats normal, in fact its abnormal for them to be the same size.

it also feels as if things are out of place when i feel my left testicle. i dont know if thats just because there are veins everywhere inthere but my left one is 2 times or maybe 3 times bigger than my right

Andrew, if you are saying you've noticed a sudden change in your testicle then don't hang about, go see your doctor straight away. I dont want to alarm you but it could be serious, its worth a couple of minutes embarassment talking to your dad when your health is at risk

As Nick said, if it's a rapid increase in the size then you really do want to talk to your dad or go to the doctors.

Its unlikely, but say it was early forming testicular cancer. If it spreads to the rest of your body, you could die. You must get it checked. Cancer can't be cured, but it can be remkved if targeted before it spreads.

OK, well I was trying to avoid using the big C word, but its what I had in mind, and its why you must get checked straight away. Today if you can, tomorrow otherwise. Survival rates from testicular cancer are good if its caught in time, dont hang around, get it checked now. Lets hope we're all wrong, but no harm in checking.

Yeah I'm with everyone else. If if is a rapid increase then you should definately go see your doctor. YOU HAVE TO TELL YOUR PARENTS! (sorry for the caps but I wanted to stress the point) this could be potentialy serious. Although it is more than likely not cancer, something serious is definately going on down there (if it truly is 2-3 times larger than the other one).
