hope, this is one word we can all use...
even in your darkest hour there is still hope within you.
there is still a light that shines deep within.
Don't give up guys.
We can stop this.
It won't be easy.. but we can try.
we never know if we can truely quit if we don't try
will power is stronger then anythign.
i have faith in all of you who read this, that you will stop oneday.
you may not think that now, but you will.
we don't need to do those things anymore... we can cope otherways.
we can try.
we can fight the urge, no matter how strong.
we will win this fight.
all we need to do is want to, and your halfway there.
things may seem bad now,but the will get better.
eveythign dies, even pain, and dark times, even the urge,
and espeically wanting to hurt
this is only part of your life.
you have the rest to live it.
thik about the future not the past
htink of good times
this part of your life will be the past soon.
we can fight and we will win this
we will find hope

I wish I could be, but being emotionally & mentally unstable for as long as you can remember & seeing CAMHS since you were 7 years old, & just getting increasingly worse in so many ways... Hope sort of gets lost along the way.

sorry wasn't really sure what a CAMHS was. and well maybe because you haven't found the right person to help you. doens't have to be a professional you know. just one person can make a difference
