I may have posted this photo before, not sure, but I've been tweaking it in PS4 and was pleased with the result, so here it is anyway....

I love it. It has a certain never-ending, infinite quality that I just love in photography!

It looks slightly overexposed.

Fair enough, that's actually one of the adjustments I made, to increase the exposure, it was a hazy day and difficult for light. Here's the original as it came out of the camera (these were shot in jpeg mode, not raw):

If you edit the full shot to bring out the clouds a bit more it would be even more epic :)
Lovely composition and quite an epic shot nick, thumbs up :)

I love that picture, do you mind if I used it as my Desktop background? would look a lot better than the windows green hill one

It looks good. I love a road in a pic, it's always a great tool for leading the eye (sight ?) without being too obvious. Well, at least I think so... :P

David, you know I dont really know how to do much in photoshop, I would have no idea how to bring out the clouds more!

Patrick, what a lovely thing to say, it would be an honour! I could redo it at a large size if that would be helpful, although I'
d have to redo the editing because I only saved it at that small size.

Why think so? I can promise you I took the photo if that's what you're questioning. If you really want you can compare the exif data in the original photo with some of my other photos and see that it's the same camera. (My old camera, a Pentax *1st DS)

You completely misunderstood me. By "At least I think so" I meant that it's only my opinion and I don't mean to act as if I knew so much about photography. I never actually thought about questioning that you took the picture. It was just about how roads in photos (in general) are an easy way to lead the viewer's eye and make the composition feel kind of flowing and natural - even if a road isn't actually a natural thing :P
