Ok, so school starts tomorrow and at my school, image is everything, so i tell my dad two weeks before today that i need new shorts, bag and shoes. He at first agrees, then he rings my bitch of a mother, she says that she cant afford it. So dad puts off buying my stuff, now i have one day before school, i say to dad i need a bag, books and shoes, hes like books yes, bag no and shoes no. Im like ''WTF, you wouldnt pay 20dollars for shoes that will last the year but youll pay 26dollars for smokes that last you a week''. Unfair and useless, honestly i want to kill him, its not the first time this has happened either.... a rather pointless post but yeah

I advise to just go to school with the clothes you already had. Parents are hard to convince when we're talking about shopping for clothes.
It really is bad, but there's no need to feel like that. You are just being carried away by the heat of the moment.

I guess we're lucky over here, most schools have a uniform :)
Yeah, just go to school on the first day and tell him that someone was mean about your clothes or something... Make it seem as though you need them.

We have a uniform here, thank god but its the fact he would spend the money on something so selfish (and highly unhealthy) that lasts him a week, when something like clothes last the year :/
