Is actually doing my head in. She's sat complaining about how she doesnt know what work to do and she cba to do it when i explain what she has to do. She's also complaining about the fact shes hungry and wants to go to the shop to get some food, (the shop being only about 300 yards from our school) but shes scared to go outside incase her stalker is sat in his car waiting for her.

She never listens to me about anything.. =/ I try to give her advice and she just blanks me.. her boyfriend does not treat her how she deserves.. Yet she loves him so >.<

(This was actually my friend Jenni who originally made the post, cause I stupidly left it logged on when I went to the loo.. but this is as much as she is allowing me to edit.)

I often have this problem, with one person in particular...

Anyways...the main reasons I see these situations happening are because people are 1) too comfortable where they are, 2) too scared to change...or both.

First I would really try to talk to them, tell them how their attitude is affecting you. If they don't listen to that, I would consider distancing yourself from them a bit more maybe.

Thank you! My friend actually read that when I said someone had answered and well.. she cried and then proceeded to say "Omg I don't like this.. I didn't expect them to be so... honest" She doesn't understand that paying my boyfriend to drive her 60 miles to the other side of Nottingham to see her boyfriend and for him to tell her to go home and that they will talk on msn later that he doesn't have time atm.. is a bad thing!
