dont just quit cold turkey. every time you masterbate, look at guy porn less and less. then maybe you will stop watching it. and to stop masterbating so much, you should try and keep yourself busy, or put spikes on your hand :D. but seriosly, keep yourself busy. you can even put a block on your computer. that wont stop you from masterbating but it will mak you stop looking at porn.
