I've got a slim build but I have big calves. The widest part of my calves are equal in size to the smallest part of my thighs (just above the knee). I've had this for as long as I can remember and think it may be due to poor circulation. I don't do any exercise except walk to and from school (25mins all up).

If it's due to a lack of exercise, how come the fat isn't distributed over my body and just concentrated in that one spot?
If it's due to poor circulation, how come my feet aren't swollen?

I am exactly the same way. I'm also super skinny for my age and height. I think it's normal, if my calves were any smaller I would be scared.

I'm just above average for my age and I'm similar. I think it might be circulation because my toes get swollen all the time.

I think you misunderstood. My weight isn't the problem, it's just my flabby calves.

Well, I still think it's normal.
