Yeah. Tell him to get a girlfriend first. Be with her and make sure you love her then start all the physical stuff. Or he can go to the class whore and get STIs or something. But I'd go with the first one.

if he has a girl friend and they r doing it then maybe touch her in that area and if she doesn't mind/likes it then go for it. if she moves his hand away or does something to show that shes uncomfortable then obviously dont do it.

o yeah and like the one above mine make sure she has like no stds,stis,etc.
