I was reading that fasting once a month 4days a month is good for you?
I was wondering if anyone had every tired this and how you feel afterward.
Keep in mind; Fasting. Not eating disorder.

Many religions practice Ramadan which is a form a fasting.
The only time where I was forced to fast was before I had to get my tonsils removed. You couldn't eat anything for a day.
I wouldn't purposely do that. But people who do try that have a big feast afterwards, so I assume that you would feel very hungry.

I practice Ramadan, although never for the whole month. I find that I don't get too hungry (except in the last few minutes), but just miss being able to eat whenever I feel like it.
Yes, fasting can be good for you as it helps detoxify your system, but I'm not sure how often you'd have to do it.

I can't really imagine how/why it would be good for you.

Your information is incorrect. Short fasts, of about a day long, are good for fully grown adults because it cleanses the sysem. However, it is not a good idea for a teenager because your body is still developing and you need all the nutrients you can get. Also, 4 days is extreme, as I said, 1 days fasts.

Alternate the days you fast, that is the proper way to do it. Never two days in a row.
If you are just looking to detox, you can try limiting the food you eat to just fruits. A week is a good duration for this.
