well first of all how old are you now?

secondly, you just need to ease it back, just pull it back as far as it will go without it hurting too much, and do that perhaps a few times a day, that will basicly streach the skin a little to let it go back nicely

it should retract all the way most of the time. if not, you may want to go circumsized.

iam 16 and i cannot retract all the way, i think it is the frenulum holding it from retracting.

ouch, then force it down. it will hurt but at least it will strectch a bit.

i dont think its meant 2 cum all the way down to the base of ur prnis, mine doesnt anyway!
