I suppose that if she had penetrating sex then she's lost her virginity. Once more Nick picked it out though, if her Hymen is still unbroken then she may consider herself not a virgin - however the hymen can be broken in many ways (horse riding, athletics, injury etc..) or it can remain unbroken if sex isn't 'deep'.
