I Need Help To Stop Cutting,
Before Anyone Says Owut I Wasnt Seeking Attention
I Am A Bisexual Emo. The Reson I Started Cutting On My Arm And Wrist Was Because, I Was Being Bullied
It Is Addictive :(
I Wish I Hadn't Started Cause I'm Part Anorexia Now (I Hardly Eat)
I Have No Confidence And Don't Like To Be Touched
Any Suggestions Welcome (Except Hospital Or Doctor)

You can always write in a journal. Lower the amount of times you do it. You can also go to this thread

Might help you on your way to stopping. You can also try exercising or crushing ice cubes.

Therapy would be useful, you could express how you feel, your experiences, find out how to move on from it, & to find out healthier ways of coping.

You need to want to stop, & dedicate 100% in stopping.
It can be like an addiction, but like addictions, you can quit & move on from the addiction & become better.

It may also be useful to see a professional as you can discuss your eating habits as well, and they could try to help you in that way too.
Your choice, however.
