PS3 Problems

I am having this problem with my [250gb] PS3.

I download videos of George Carlin off youtube via atubecatcher, now when I put these videos onto my computer I transfer them to a flash drive, which i then put into the PS3 and transfer the files, my problem is only 1 of the HBO specials had audio on it. How can I put all my torrented files onto my PS3 without giving me problems?
