I'm not a girl but I've somewhat been in your position
I know you like her, and I know its hard wanting what you can't have. However if she's said no twice before, chances are she's going to say no again. She's probably just getting comfortable around you as a friend. I know that's not what you wanted to hear, but just cherish the friendship as it is and try and move on.
Good Luck!

Give it time I've been in this situation before and it ended up in a realatiionship so just be freinds for now but give it time

Not to kill any hope here, but she said no TWICE for a reason. She's NOT into you: let it go. There are plenty of other fish in the sea. Continuing to pursue her will get you nowhere (except maybe a slap in the face.) I'm not saying it can't eventually become something (who knows what she'll think of you in the future once she knows you better as a friend) but for now, let it go.

Well, she just wants to be friends lol.
And she's being friendly to you like a friend because she just wants to be friends :)
You overreacting/anaylizing the situation.
She's just being normal, you're being boyish and getting all worried.
Just relax, everything is fine.

well it looks like you have gotten your answer but if you even care to read this - i was in the exact same spot you were in when i was in 9th grade, the result is that now she is ultimately the best-est friend i have ever had and i know i can talk to her about anything and she knows she can talk to me and life has been a lot easier ever since
