Alright, here's whats up, prom is may 8, a good 3 months ish?

well, ive known this girl for a while but we just started getting close, we've gone to the movies a couple of times

its understood that i like her, shes sending me the same message back, so im not afraid to ask her out or to prom

i just dont know how, i want to do something cute but cant come up with anything, and a lot of ideas off google arent great

plus, is it too early to ask her to prom right now? i mean its jan 20 and it isnt til may 8, when would be a good time?

Hmm... I have an idea, why don't you ask her out to the movies, and slip a note in the popcorn bag asking her out?!

I have an idea. Get a box, kinda small, then tape a small mirror to the inside of it. Close the box and write on the box/on a taped piece of paper, "Open to see the prettiest girl I've ever seen" then when she opens it ask her to go to the prom with you.

Just ask her plain to her face. Explain that it's just the prom. It's not like were getting married. If you are still nervous that she might say no, expand your relationship for a little bit more.

Discotheque's got it right. Just ask her. It's nice that you're interested in thinking of something creative and sweet, but often times girls interpret that as weird, over thought, or just plain corny. A simple, "You want to go to them prom with me?" will suffice. It's short, sweet and direct. Girls love guys that get to the point and ooze with confidence.
