I looked at the spots and its little tiny bumps and they are by where the hair has grown. Is this normal. I take showers normally and i wash it, what it is? can i stop it ? :confused:

If you're gonna shave, be VERY CAREFUL. But yes, that's pretty much how you trim.
The little spots are hair follicides, where hair is going to grow in.
