I think it should show usernames when someone gives you rep or at least negatove rep. Sometimes people leave a comment that is just so confusing that you don't exactly know why they gave you it. I know that I deserved it so this isn't a "Someone gave me negative rep and I don't know why" thread. I want to be able to ask people why they gave me the negative rep if it's unclear in their comment. And I would also be able to know because it's kinda like a police and criminal type of thing. The criminal (me) knows who the police officer is (person who negative repped). I'm not saying it's bad to give negative rep but I do think I deserve the right to know who it was.

It used to be that way. However it was removed, for reason I can't bother to remember by now. Really, it's better in the way it won't start uncalled for forum drama. Whether they care to sign the comment or not is their decision.
