Okay, first off, tell your friends. If they are truly your friends, they aren't going to hate you, they're going to accept you. There is nothing wrong at all with being bi, and yes, at first there may be quite a lot of talk, quite a lot of whispering, but it will all die down and it will just be accepted.

Then, go for Sadie, you like her, she likes you, there's' a connection and you should just go for it. It's that simple.
