Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Recipe
http://www.pastrywiz.com/dailyrecipes/images/269.jpg
Ingredients:
* 11 oz. cream cheese
* 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
* 3 eggs
* 1 teaspoon vanilla
* 1 graham cracker pie crust
* 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350°
Combine cream cheese and confectioner's sugar in a large bowl. Beat with mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each one. Beat in vanilla. Add chocolate chips to the mixture and stir in with a wooden spoon. Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake about 40 minutes. Let cool slightly before cutting. Optional: add a drizzle of chocolate syrup on the top.
NOTE: sometimes it is hard to get the 11 oz of cream cheese (sometimes you can get the real small 3 oz and then the regular 8 oz bar) If you can only find 12 oz, go ahead and use all of it.
